Currently, United States patents D636,659, D645,333, D647,519 and foreign patents in Canada 139437, Hong Kong 1100303.5, and Japan 1421473 have issued. We have over 25 additional utility and design patents pending throughout the world.

If any product infringes on our patents and trademarks, we will aggressively pursue court orders to stop its sale, and seek substantial monetary damages. We are safeguarded by the best I.P. enforcement around the world.
